  • Guests must be 18 years or older to make a booking. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during their stay.


2. Reservations and Bookings

Booking Confirmation

  • A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email or booking voucher from Samasta Homestay.

  • Guests are required to provide accurate personal details during the booking process. Samasta Homestay will not be held responsible for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information.

Payment Terms

  • Guests may be required to pay a partial or full amount at the time of booking, depending on the booking type.

  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other payment options as specified on the website.

  • The rates displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.


3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation terms are detailed at the time of booking. Depending on the booking type, cancellation fees may apply.

  • Some promotional or discounted bookings may be non-refundable.

Refund Policy

  • Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Any service charges or bank fees incurred during the payment process are non-refundable.


4. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Identification

  • Guests are required to present valid government-issued identification at the time of check-in. Samasta Homestay reserves the right to deny entry without proper identification.


5. Guest Conduct

  • Guests are expected to maintain proper decorum and follow homestay policies during their stay.

  • Smoking, consumption of illegal substances, or any activity prohibited by law is strictly prohibited on the premises.

  • Damages caused to property by the guest will result in charges to cover repair or replacement costs.


6. Liability

Samasta Homestay will not be held responsible for:

  • Loss, theft, or damage to guests’ belongings. Guests are encouraged to use in-room safes where available.

  • Delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, or technical issues).

  • The content, design, and features of this website are the property of Samasta Homestay and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.

  • Users agree not to engage in any activity that disrupts or compromises the security of the website.

Sri Kalahasthi Temple

Govinda Raja Swamy Temple

Kapila Theertham Temple

Vakulamatha Temple

Kanipakam Temple

A sacred shrine dedicated to Lord Ganesha, famous for its self-manifested idol (Swayambhu Vinayaka) that continues to grow in size. The temple is believed to fulfill devotees’ wishes and remove obstacles.
