At Samasta Homestay, we understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide flexibility while ensuring fairness for all our guests. Please review the terms below:

1. Cancellation Timeframes and Fees

  • Free Cancellation: Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date will not incur any cancellation fees.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the check-in date will be charged a fee equivalent to 25% of the booking charges.

  • No-Show: If you fail to arrive without prior cancellation, the full booking amount will be charged.

2. Non-Refundable Bookings

Certain promotional or discounted rates may be marked as non-refundable. For these bookings:

  • The full booking amount will be charged at the time of reservation.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations or modifications.

3. Early Departures

If you decide to check out earlier than your scheduled departure date, the remaining nights will be charged in full unless otherwise specified in your booking terms.

4. Group Reservations

For group bookings, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Specific group cancellation policies will be provided at the time of booking.

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Any applicable service or transaction fees are non-refundable.

Sri Padmavathi Devi Temple

Located in Tiruchanur, this temple honors Goddess Padmavathi, the divine consort of Lord Venkateswara. Visiting this shrine before Tirumala darshan is considered auspicious.

Govinda Raja Swamy Temple
