If cancellation is made within 24 hours of check-in time:
For bookings of more than one night, a one-night charge will be deducted.
3% payment gateway charges will be deducted.The remaining amount will be refunded.
If the guest is a No-show, the entire booking amount (100%) will be charged with no refund.
